PINOY DEAF RAINBOW, INC.



The Deaf Rainbow Philippines (DRP) was renamed as Pinoy Deaf Rainbow, Inc. (PDR) is the first Filipino Deaf Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transgenders (LGBT) association and advance our interests as Deaf LGBT citizens concerning our pride, culture and identity.

Established on December 5,2010, this club - formerly known as Deaf Pink Club (DPC), -is a recognized member of the Philippine Federation of the Deaf (PFD) which is affiliated to the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD). PDR is also member of LADLAD Partylist.

VISION:

Building a Deaf LGBT community in a natural environment where they can gather without any discrimination of gender issues.

OBJECTIVES:
- To foster fellowship among Deaf Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals and Transgenders (LGBT) in the Philippines.

- To gain self-acceptance, self-esteem and self-confidence among the members through self awareness programs, leadership activities, and counselling.

- To develop and empower Deaf LGBT to become self-reliant and productive members of the society through livelihood programs, capacity building, job referrals, and LGBT activities such as advocacy campaigns.
